Embroidered Patches

Heavier fabrics like denim or cotton are usually the best for patches. Be extra careful if you're going to use polyester fabric, as polyester can sometimes burn. Yes, you can wash iron-on patches. I would wash them in cool or warm water only and dry with low heat. Avoid hot water and high heat dry so it will not loosen the adhesive on the patches.
